It was only a matter of time before the Ukranian flag went from being a signal of submission to the regime posted upon various social media platforms to being shamelessly displayed within the halls of Congress. There is a certain pathetic feeling exuding from a regime built upon manufacturing crises of false virtue. “How selfish of you to worry over your bills—Ukrainian interests are American interests therefore you must fall in line.” If you’ve not seen the picture of Zelensky begging for more money as Pelosi and Harris stand behind him holding up the Ukranian flag, then consider yourself blessed. But you’ve likely seen it.
And while I’ve just referred to it as pathetic, another word also comes to mind: invaded. As our nation is relegated to continuing economic destruction, another “nation” (global colony) has come to steal from our citizens. How, then, is this not an invasion? The only argument against such a description is that what’s being demanded by Zelenski isn’t defended against by our “leaders.” But the description is justified because our “leaders” are not leaders and nor are they “ours”; they submit to the demands because they are complicit in the assault.
So, what we have is a balancing act between pathetic and heinous machinations, creating illusions to distract as a paradox of atomized cells of collective submission seek to suffocate in an open-ended world. And these cells of forced submission to a harmful cause do not just come from the border spat between Russia and NATO, but also from our southern border, another invasion propped up by emotive yet pathetic slogans like “they perform jobs Americans don’t want,” when in reality, just as is the case with the defending of borders on another continent, they flood our country in order to do away with any sort of distinction between American and Citizen of the Globe.
But our true defense is not found in bemoaning the fact that power is being propped up by pathetic chicanery. Rather, it begins in understanding that demoralization, which will naturally result from an increasing awareness of abounding deception, is necessary in the strengthening the propagation of further deception. Creating pathetic illusions in order to maintain power requires constant manipulation, the weaving of a web. The building of walls, on the other hand, requires energy and strength. Realizing this juxtaposition, fortifying yourself to push through the phase of demoralization, will first paint a picture in one’s mind: a side by side of a web and a wall. Next, the picture must be brought to life.
