Ask any leftist what America’s greatest current sin is, and without hesitation, they’ll tell you that it’s racism. This despite years of blacks receiving scholarships, media roles, and job positions over better qualified white applicants explicitly due to their skin color. In 2020 an incident occurred in which these folks felt vindicated in their stance, despite color likely playing no role in the George Floyd killing. How did they react? They threw tantrums and rioted, destroying cities throughout the country.
Conversely, ask someone who possesses a moral compass that’s based not in the propaganda spewed by media and schooling, but through actual reality, what America’s current greatest sin is, and they’ll likely tell you that it’s abortion. When these folks get what appears to be a win—with the potential overturning of Roe—, after decades of losing on this particular moral stance, they pray that it’s real and that it holds up.
And how are the clearly guilty-conscience riddled “justice” advocates mentioned above reacting to this potential moral turn? They’re weeping and gnashing their teeth while of course threatening more violence, distraught by the potential reduction in child sacrifices to offer up to Moloch and baby graves to dance upon.
This isn’t meant to point out the depravity of the bloodthirsty left, that fact is already quite evident. Rather, it’s to point to something called “late-stage leftism,” a term coined by writer and podcaster Charles Haywood. It has become clear liberalism can no longer sustain itself, and the increasing tenacity in leftist outbursts, as seen above, is indicative of this fact and defined by Haywood’s term.
Considering this, it’s becoming evident that a naturally occurring demise of the current establishment regime is in motion, eventually leading to a shift in the political landscape, as “late-stage leftism” escalates into full-on collapse. However, at the backdrop of this collapse, a certain amount of political maneuvering, which will help escalate the demise, as well as lay a foundation for the replacement system of governance, is also occurring.
Two weeks ago, Vanity Fair published an article detailing Peter Thiel’s funding of the new American Right. This is not your George W. Bush-style “compassionate conservatism.” And while MAGA can be viewed as precursor to this new rightwing, this isn’t even that; it’s better organized, more hyper-focused. Among the cast of characters featured in the article was the author of the book Hillbilly Elegy and, after recently winning the GOP primary in Ohio, now US Senate candidate, JD Vance.
If you know anything about Thiel you might know that he helped fund the collapse of leftist news site Gawker, after the site outed him as gay. Thiel aligned himself—secretly at the time—with Hulk Hogan, who also had his privacy breeched by the site, after they published a sex tape featuring him. Hogan became the face of the trial, while Thiel provided the funding behind the scenes, eventually leading to Gawker’s bankruptcy due to them not being able to keep up financially.
Gawker likely would have eventually fallen apart, as we see happening with most leftwing media. It was dishonest, vitriolic, and grotesque—all words that can be used to describe the modern day left. But it certainly didn’t hurt that they fell apart more quickly than what may have naturally occurred. Let’s hope Thiel can play a role in helping fund the escalation of another demise as well.
